All our clients have high quality standards. Meeting clients expectations – or even going beyond them – is our main objective. Our philosophy is that quality is a matter of caring for all details – and to make sure that everybody agrees upon and understands the quality standard required. Quality is not achieved at the time SGS make an inspection. The right quality must be achieved by the workers in the factory – by training every level of management how to process the product and by giving them standards/routines how to check whether the quality is OK or NOT.
IDEAS work closely with our partners on producing the products and we work out inspection requirements for each step in the production. Our partners are ISO certified and know how to meet our high quality expectations.
We perform quality inspections according to MIL-STD-105E (equivalent to ANSI/ASQ Standard Z1.4-2003). Single sampling plans for normal inspection, Level II AQL Critical: N/A – Major: 2.5 – Minor: 4.0
We work with SGS on DUPRO (during production check), FRI (final random inspection), and Loading Supervision.
