Our philosophy is that quality is a matter of caring for all details – and to make sure that everybody agrees upon and understand the quality standard required.

The right quality is not achieved at the time SGS make an inspection. Quality must be achieved by the workers in the factory – by training every level of management how to process the product and by giving them standards/routines on how to check whether quality is OK or NOT.

IDEAS Denmark work closely with our partners producing the products and we work out inspection requirements for each step in the production. Our partners are ISO certified and they work hard to meet our high quality expectations.

We perform quality inspections according to MIL-STD-105E (equivalent to ANSI/ASQ Standard Z1.4-2003).
Single sampling plans for normal inspection, Level II AQL Critical: N/A – Major: 2.5 – Minor: 4.0

We work with SGS for DUPRO (during production check), FRI (final random inspection), and Loading Supervision.
